PC "Complex-Service" has a wide range of 3,4 and 5-axis CNC machines used in the mold manufacturing process, and we continue investing in state-of-the-art mold-making equipment and technologies. Recently, our company acquired a unified installation system, based on EROWA interchangeable pallets. The EROWA system was adapted to achieve high precision during shared setup processes. We use it on our lathe, CNC milling centers, and EDM mold-making equipment. The system utilizes a dedicated 3D CNC measuring machine (EROWA CMM QI) for quality control where setup and machined part geometry are referenced and compared to the 3D model.
