For each project, a detailed work schedule is developed. This allows us to plan the execution of work as efficiently as possible. PC "Complex-Service" adopted internally developed scheduling/tracking software for mold components manufacturing procurement. We widely utilize Gantt charts to keep our customers updated on the progress of the projects.
